Reefer Container

Cooler/Refrigerated containers are used for the transportation of temperature sensitive products such as meat, fruits and vegetables.

This type of container can have a refrigeration unit in front of it. This cooling unit uses electric power from the truck while on the road, electric power from the ship while on board, and from the terminal when it is in the container dwelling area.
